Process Flow
Raw Material Pre-treatment:
Sorting and impurity removal (eliminating spoiled fruit and foreign matter) → Air-bubble washing to remove pesticide residues and sand → Peeling and deseeding, such as mechanical peeling for mango and durian, and fruit breaking with pulp extraction for passion fruit
Core Processing:
Juicing or pulping (screw juice extractor with juice yield ≥85%) → Residue removal through filtration (80–100 mesh screen) → Optional low-temperature concentration to preserve natural flavor
Sterilization and Freshness Preservation:
UHT instant sterilization (130 °C / 3 seconds) or pasteurization (90 °C / 20 seconds) → Deaeration to reduce oxidation
Finished Product Handling:
Aseptic nitrogen-flushed filling → Labeling and traceability identification → Cartoning and warehousing
