Function Description:
Mainly used as a container for the biological fermentation of liquid materials such as milk, fruit and vegetable juice, and animal bone broth under specific process conditions. It also supports the subsequent processing of fermented products. Typical applications include yogurt fermentation, fruit and vegetable juice fermentation, fruit wine fermentation, fruit vinegar fermentation, and enzyme fermentation. Process parameters such as temperature, pH value, and dissolved oxygen can be automatically controlled. For special requirements, the tank can be equipped with sterilization and disinfection functions.
