This equipment is suitable for vacuum low-temperature evaporation and concentration of liquid materials such as fruit juice, tea beverages, milk, and plant extracts. It is especially suitable for sensitive juices like grape, orange, carrot, and pineapple juice.

Mainly composed of a heater, separator, preheater, sterilizer, condenser, vapor distributor, vacuum pump, inlet/outlet pumps, condensate water pump, juice balance tank, operation platform, electrical control cabinet, valves, and piping systems.

Designed with a compact layout and structure, offering high concentration efficiency while minimizing electricity, steam, and cooling water consumption.

All pipelines and surfaces in contact with the material are made of SUS304 stainless steel, meeting food-grade hygiene standards.

Equipped with a special distribution plate at the top, ensuring the liquid evenly spreads into a film along the evaporator tubes, significantly improving heat transfer, enhancing evaporation efficiency, and preventing “dry wall” phenomena.

During cleaning, the evaporator can be flushed with high flow through the tubes, greatly improving cleaning efficiency.

High evaporation capacity, short residence time, and low evaporation temperature help maximize retention of the material’s color, aroma, flavor, and nutritional components.

Fully automatic control is possible, enabling key parameters such as sugar concentration to be monitored and controlled automatically.
