It is easy to operate and also features self-cleaning capabilities (SIP, CIP).

Sterilization Parameters Main temperature ranges include Pasteurization, Yogurt Sterilization, and Instant High-Temperature Sterilization (115–137°C). Sterilization time can be set according to production needs. The system can integrate with homogenizers and flash degassing devices based on customer requirements.
Heat Exchange and Flow Multiple imported heat exchanger designs ensure uniform heating from the bottom inlet, avoiding direct impact. The inlet design forms low-pressure or turbulent flow zones for consistent sterilization, while maintaining hygienic standards.
Key Features Product temperature variation ≤ ±1°C. The system supports self-cleaning processes such as CIP and SIP, ensuring hygienic operation and process reliability.
