Mainly used to crush and separate the hard core from the fruit flesh. The roller gap can be quickly and easily adjusted according to the size of the fruit and the wear of the rubber rollers to achieve optimal pitting effect. Rubber rollers can be replaced based on usage, and replacement and installation are convenient. Except for the material inlet and outlet, the entire machine is fully enclosed, providing good safety protection and allowing easy single-machine connection to production lines.

Core Washer
Function Description:
Mainly used for secondary separation of residual fruit flesh attached to fruit cores, improving juice yield. The movable door at the core outlet features a unique hinge design, making sieve removal and cleaning extremely convenient. Fully made of stainless steel, meeting food industry standards. Equipped with an automatic cleaning interface and built-in multi-angle spray nozzles, the cleaning process is highly automated. The machine is fully enclosed, providing good safety protection and allowing easy single-machine connection to production lines.
