UHT Milk Production Line Factory
-- Steady & Reliable Manufacturer --
Product Overview
Our UHT Milk Production Line is a fully integrated, food-grade turnkey solution engineered for the large-scale processing of ultra-high temperature sterilized milk. From raw milk reception through UHT sterilization to aseptic filling and packaging, every stage of the line is designed to deliver safe, shelf-stable dairy products with a room-temperature shelf life of up to 12 months — without preservatives. Built on a sanitary closed-loop architecture and driven by PLC automation, the line meets international food safety standards including CE and ISO 9001, making it an ideal choice for dairy producers seeking to expand into long-life milk markets worldwide.

Key Features
- Full closed-loop UHT processing from raw milk receipt to aseptic filling, minimizing contamination risk at every stage.
- Dual sterilization method options — indirect plate/tubular or direct steam injection — to match product sensitivity and production scale requirements.
- Two-stage high-pressure homogenization ensures uniform fat distribution, smooth mouthfeel, and prevention of cream separation throughout shelf life.
- Automatic CIP (Clean-In-Place) system sanitizes all wetted surfaces without disassembly, reducing downtime and labor costs.
- Full PLC/SCADA automation with real-time monitoring of temperature, pressure, flow rate, and sterilization parameters, ensuring batch-to-batch consistency.
Process Flow
- Raw Milk Reception: Milk is received, sampled, weighed via flowmeter, filtered to remove physical impurities, and chilled to ≤4°C in refrigerated storage tanks.
- Preprocessing & Standardization: Milk is preheated to 50–55°C, separated by centrifuge cream separator, fat content is standardized, and pasteurized at 80–90°C for 15 seconds before cooling.
- Homogenization: High-pressure two-stage homogenizer breaks fat globules to prevent separation and create a smooth, consistent texture.
- UHT Sterilization: Milk is instantly sterilized at 135–150°C for 4–15 seconds, completely eliminating spoilage microorganisms and heat-resistant spores.
- Aseptic Filling & Packaging: Sterilized milk is cooled to below 25°C and filled under sterile conditions into aseptic cartons, pouches, or bottles for ambient distribution.
- CIP Cleaning: After each production cycle, the fully automated CIP system performs alkali, acid, and sterile water rinse cycles across all process circuits.
Competitive Benefits
- 12-Month Ambient Shelf Life: True commercial sterility achieved through precise UHT treatment allows room-temperature storage and distribution without cold-chain infrastructure.
- Energy-Efficient Heat Recovery: Built-in regenerative heat recovery systems recover up to 85% of thermal energy, significantly reducing steam and cooling water consumption per liter of milk processed.
- Scalable Modular Design: Capacity is configurable from 500 L/h to 50,000 L/h; modular sections (sterilization, homogenization, filling) can be upgraded independently as production volumes grow.
- Broad Product Flexibility: The same line processes whole milk, skimmed milk, flavored milk beverages, goat milk, and reconstituted powdered milk with minimal changeover time.
- Full Traceability & Compliance: Integrated data logging, alarm management, and batch reporting support HACCP, FDA, and EU dairy hygiene regulatory requirements.
- Turnkey Project Support: Our engineering team provides complete project services from process flow design and equipment layout through installation, commissioning, and operator training.
